Also, the 25th St Sunmart in Fargo had 4% Cottage Cheese marked at only .99! I couldn't tell if this was a markdown just for this store, or if it's a price that is good at all stores. Using the .50 coupons here I was able to pick up 4 of these for FREE! If you're planning on heading out to Sunmart, you might print these just in case your store has them marked at .99 as well!
Now, does anyone have a recipe they'd recommend that includes cottage cheese (besides lasagna?) I'm thinking I'll need to make a few freezer meals to use it up before it's date... :)

You can use it in a tortilla roll up. Also you could do stuffed shells or manicotti.

Cottage on crackers with a little basil or parsley. Or you can mix it with pesto for a great dip or by itself. My kids also like it with fruit.

I have a recipe for "Lazy Man's Cheese Buttons" (or cheese knifal some call it) from my m-i-l. I don't know if it is freezable.
