Summer Reading Program and Freebie for Kiddos!

Barnes and Noble is hosting a Summer Reading Program for kiddos in grades 1-6. Kids read any 8 books and record them on the Passport to Summer Reading. Bring the completed passport to any Barnes and Noble Bookstore between May 25 and September 7, 2010 and your child will receive a FREE book from the list here. What a fun freebie!

Thanks, Common Sense With Money!

  1. The Moorhead library has a summer reading program where kids win free books and other such prizes just for coming to their events. They get other prizes for reading too. This year it is 15 books or 15 hours to get a zipper pouch library card holder for the youth, water bottles for teens, and if they read more than that there are bigger prizes too!

  2. The moorhead library also has a huge selection of free books to checkout and you can reserve online and just go in and pick your stuff up. The youth librian is great at recommending things for specfic children's interests. Not that I am saying B&N is bad but the free books you get might not always be family friendly.
