Weekend Coupon Preview
Look forward to 3 coupon inserts this weekend, a SmartSource and 2 Red Plum inserts.
In case you haven't heard me say it, I recommend buying the Star Tribune in our area.
For a full preview of the coupons in this weekend's inserts, head over to the Sunday Coupon Preview.

Just wondering if anyone got more than just one big SmartSource coupon insert in their Star Tribune this weekend? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteNo, but I liked what was in the SS so I bought a couple of papers today & will just pick up 1 paper tomorrow with all the inserts (hopefully!) in it.
ReplyDeleteThere's also a General Mills insert in the Sunday Star Tribune. So a total of 4 inserts today!
ReplyDeleteI didn't find a GM in my Star from the Stop & Go on University. Where did you get your Star from?
ReplyDeleteI bought two papers at Hornbacher's on 32nd Ave. and both had the GM insert.
ReplyDeletethe gm ad was in between the sections of paper not in the insert section. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. Still didn't find a GM in either of my papers. :( Does anyone know if the Forum got a GM as well?
ReplyDeleteMy Fargo Forum had the GM insert, but my Star Tribs didn't. I got mine in Rochester today, though...
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if many of you know that Sunmart accepts 2 manufacturer's coupons per item and then they double up to $1.00 on top of it. I went to Sunmart's website to take a look at their coupon policy and it states:
ReplyDelete•
Only two manufacturer coupons per item will be accepted.
So I printed it off to carry with me to the store to test it out. My total bill came to $61.75 and then after coupons the final amount was $18.60!! I highly suggest printing the coupon policy out because a lot of the cashiers are unaware of their coupon policy. You can find this under "Your Store" and then click on "Digital Coupons Answers to your FAQ's". I hope this helps everyone save money over the Holidays!!
No one has left over papers today, but I called the Forum & they will sell yesterday's paper for $2.00 if you pick it up or can have it mailed for more ($5 for 2 papers).
ReplyDeleteI looked at Sunmart's coupon policy. If I am reading right they also won't double internet coupons. If that is the case that will be a big bummer. Has anyone had any recent problems with their internet coupons doubling at Sunmart???
ReplyDeleteI have only had a few problems in Moorhead, and only with Our Family coupons, which say do not double. South Fargo rarely doubles OF coupons for me, but others haven't been a problem. This new coupon policy doesn't make a lot of sense to me yet. Hopefully they'll be willing to clarify it soon.
