Does anyone know if there is somewhere to buy the Sunday Star Tribune in Fargo after Sunday? I know you can buy the Forum if you go downtown. This is crazy, but I went to 6 different places in south Fargo today, and NONE had the Star Tribune.
ReplyDeleteThe Moorhead Hornbachers often has it for a few days after Sunday, depending on demand. I know by Thursday, they are usually all gone. The best part is that their papers OFTEN have doubles of the inserts. Just to be sure, call ahead. They should hold them for you. Hope that helps.
ReplyDeleteI went to 4 different places in West fargo and they were all SOLD OUT - they had some in. i'm going to call the Star Trib today and request them to up their single copy quantities to fargo - they're losing money because I would have bought 2 papers this week and one place i called said I was the 3rd person looking for the paper. :P Bummer, star tribune! It's especailly strange because if they just printed and delivered more to Fargo, they'd be good - they're already driving to fargo every day anyway!

I had no problem getting the papers yesterday. The very last copy I got was from Fargo Walgreens around 2:30pm.
ReplyDeleteEach paper came with 2 Smartsource inserts and 2 RedPlum. I have 4 sets of these for $2 per set (same as what I paid) available right now.
Can get up to 10 more sets from my friend from out of town and should get here as early as tomorrow morning. I'm all over town on Tuesdays so can deliver if works out with my schedule.
If I get a lot of requests might need to do 2-3 sets per person. If not, you can take up to 10 sets!
