ReplyDeleteI'm not entirely sure, but my guess is that it has to do with the market your store is in. Which Cash Wise do you shop at? Do other grocery stores in your area double coupons? In Fargo and Moorhead, all the grocery stores do, so I think it's a matter of keeping up with the competition, or not wanting to lose business to the stores that do.
