Thanks to all who shared what makes their taco night. My family often eats tacos at home, and we use refried beans as well as ground beef. In fact, when I find a good deal on ground turkey, we've found sometimes we even prefer the taste of it in tacos!
I like to put my taco fixings on romaine lettuce and we always have a healthy dose of fresh cilantro when we eat tacos. The last thing I have to mention is that we recently started buying cheese in blocks and shredding it ourselves, and the difference in taste is huge! We've grown so accustomed to that powder on our cheese, you almost forget how good the real thing tastes! Taco night is even better when we top it with avocado. My husband likes to spread refried beans in a tortilla and wrap it around a hardshell taco.

Where do you get your blocks at and how much is it? I stocked up when I found the bag cheeses on sale at cashwise for .80 after the money off. so, we have a lot of cheese in our freezer, but I would love to shred it myself. Let me know! I'm still working on catching on to this couponing thing. I checked out that site that you said you use to find all the deals, and it doesnt have our stores in it? I was confused when I went there. Let me know when you get a sec. Can you even do a post on step by step how you come up with these matches? I know, it probably sounds ridiculous to you, but seriously do you go through and match everything up manually or do you use the coupon match sites? Let me know!
