Hornbacher's has Jimmy Dean sausage on sale this week: 2/$6 (not sure on how good of a deal this is...)

Shanshan - I like to use the sausage roll when I make egg bakes. It pretty similar to ground beef. I think it averages around $2.50 at Walmart (I haven't shopped there in a while), so I would say, with the coupon, it's a decent deal. ;)
